At the time of writing, there’s a 19-day activation delay and an exit delay of less than 1 hour. It’s worth noting that after the Shanghai/Capella upgrade, the risk of being unable to withdraw from staking has been significantly mitigated. Consequently, more individuals are venturing into staking, either through solo staking or via liquid staking platforms such as Lido or Rocketpool.
